What should I prepare for the call?

Bring your latest financial spreadsheet — your STR Starter Kit if you have it, or whatever tracking you currently use. Ideally 3+ months of booking and expense data. If you've already completed the kit, even better. If you haven't started tracking yet, the Discovery Call may be a better starting point.

Is this a sales call?

No. The Clarity Call is a paid working session focused entirely on your numbers. You're not going to be pitched on monthly bookkeeping or any other service. If something we look at together suggests you'd benefit from ongoing support, I'll mention it — but the goal of the call is to give you clarity, not close a sale.

What format is the call?

60-minute video call via Zoom. You'll share your screen so we can look at your numbers together in real time. I'll guide the conversation with specific questions about your KPIs, margins, and booking patterns. You'll do most of the talking — I'll do most of the listening and pattern-spotting.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Yes. You can reschedule directly from your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the call. If something happens last-minute, just email me and we'll find another time.

What if I haven't completed the STR Starter Kit yet?

The Clarity Call works best when you've taken the kit through at least one full booking cycle, because we'll be looking at real data. If you're earlier in the process — still setting up tracking, or new to STRs — the free Discovery Call is probably a better starting point. You can always book the Clarity Call later, once you have data to work with.

What happens after the call?

Within 48 hours, you'll get a short written summary of what we covered, the patterns we surfaced, and the next moves we agreed on. That way nothing gets lost — and you have a reference document if you want to come back to specific decisions later.

Do you offer ongoing advisory after the call?

Yes, if it makes sense for your situation. Kellcat offers Monthly Bookkeeping, Performance Dashboard builds, and ongoing Advisory & Coaching. But none of that gets sold on the Clarity Call — those conversations happen separately if and when you're ready.
