e. Digital Product Purchases (Financial Starter Kits) 

If you purchase a Financial Starter Kit or other digital product, we collect data regarding which products you have purchased and the amount paid. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processing partners. We do not store sensitive cardholder data such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data. 

f. Client Portal and Account Registration 

When you create a client portal account or are onboarded as an active client, we may collect your name, email address, business name and type, accounting platform credentials or access information, and any other information necessary to deliver our Services. 

g. Financial System Health Check 

When you complete the Financial System Health Check at check.kellcat.com, we collect your responses to the assessment questions and, if you provide it, your email address to deliver your personalized report. h. Sensitive Financial Information 

In the course of delivering bookkeeping, dashboard, and advisory services, clients may share sensitive financial information including bank statements, accounting records, tax returns, loan documents, closing statements, and third-party platform credentials (such as QuickBooks, Xero, Puzzle, or Mercury). This information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services. It is never shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery, is stored securely, and access is limited to authorized Kellcat personnel only. Upon termination of a service engagement, any access credentials provided to Kellcat will be revoked and sensitive financial data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy. 

i. Third-Party Accounting Platform Access 

When clients grant Kellcat accountant or read-only access to accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Puzzle, or Mercury, such access is used solely to perform the Services described in the applicable Client Service Agreement. Kellcat will not access, download, or use any data beyond what is necessary for service delivery. Access will be revoked or removed upon termination of the engagement at the client's request or upon conclusion of the service relationship.

We use third-party service providers including GoHighLevel (GHL/Keepful), Klipfolio, Puzzle, Mercury, Stripe, n8n (workflow automation), Anthropic (Claude AI, used to generate Financial System Health Check reports), and others as may be necessary for service delivery. Where required by applicable law, we have entered into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with these providers.
  2. Third-Party App Integrations. Social media widgets or advertising units on the Website may permit third parties to see information about you and your activities via cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.
  3. Online Advertising Services. We may use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn to deliver advertising. Ads may be tailored based on information collected through our Website.

Kellcat recognizes that clients share sensitive and proprietary financial information in the course of receiving our Services. Kellcat treats all client financial data, business information, and strategic information shared during bookkeeping, dashboard, advisory, or Clarity Call engagements as strictly confidential. This information will not be disclosed to any third party except as expressly necessary to deliver the agreed Services or as required by law.

Kellcat personnel with access to client financial information are bound by confidentiality obligations. Upon termination of a service engagement, Kellcat will cease accessing client financial platforms and will handle any retained data in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law.

Clients are similarly expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary tools, templates, dashboard frameworks, or methodologies provided by Kellcat in the course of the service relationship.

Do Not Track

At this time, we do not respond to “do not track” requests from web browsers, although we may choose to do so in the future.

Kellcat personnel with access to client financial information are bound by confidentiality obligations. Upon termination of a service engagement, Kellcat will cease accessing client financial platforms and will handle any retained data in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law.

Clients are similarly expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary tools, templates, dashboard frameworks, or methodologies provided by Kellcat in the course of the service relationship.

At this time, we do not respond to “do not track” requests from web browsers, although we may choose to do so in the future.

Client financial data accessed through third-party accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, Puzzle, Mercury) is accessed only through secure, authenticated connections and is never stored locally beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

Accessing, Updating, Transferring and Deleting Your Data

We may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We retain certain data where we have a lawful basis to do so, including for mandatory record-keeping and to complete transactions.
