Financial Clarity Call

A focused one-on-one session to review your numbers, answer questions, and get clear on what your financials are telling you. Available to Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients who want a live conversation outside of their monthly deliverable. This is not a tax consultation. It is a financial clarity conversation grounded in your existing books.

1099 Prep Coordination

Annual 1099 preparation and filing coordination for your contractors and vendors. Brian reviews your books for qualifying payments, collects or confirms W-9 information, prepares the 1099-NEC forms, and coordinates filing through your accounting platform. Pricing is based on the number of vendors requiring a 1099.

Delivery Process

Brian audits your books in December to identify all qualifying contractor payments over $600 for the year.

You are notified of any missing W-9s or vendor information that needs to be collected before filing.

1099-NEC forms are prepared and filed electronically. Copies are delivered to your client portal for your records.
Completed by January 31st deadline. Work begins in December — do not wait until January to request this service.
Lender Package Prep

A clean, lender-ready financial package compiled from your existing books formatted for a mortgage application, DSCR loan, refinance, or commercial financing conversation. Brian organizes your profit and loss, balance sheet, and supporting schedules into a presentation your lender can read quickly and clearly. Pricing depends on complexity and number of entities.

Brian pulls and formats the required reports from your accounting file — P&L, balance sheet, rent rolls, or other schedules as needed.
